Summer Thesis beginings

I love Music! I've just started plucking around on my dusty guitar again and jamming with friends. I've finally started going to shows again and thought I'd make a goal to go to and draw at as many music festivals as I can this summer. I've already had the fortune of seeing bloc party, Zues, Hayden, Feist and Broken Social Scene play You forgot it In the people start to finish at Arts and Crafts 10 year anniversary.
Saw some amazing Guelph talent "the Medicine Hat" rock the stage at their Old Bones album release show at Hamilton's Art Crawl.
I'll have to catch NXNE next year! I really want to see ReignWolf!

Saw my friend Marnie play her bassoon with her orchestra to John Williams music (Jaws, Starwars, Indiana Jones=da bomb).

And in a couple weeks I'll be at the epitome of environmentalism, music, art, celebration...HILLSIDE.

My summer thesis is based on the viewers experience at a music festival. What follows are the scraps from a neglected online painting course and the beginnings of my thesis, drawing something I'm finally passionate about and love to experience research and talk about.
